📦 Return Window and Shipping

  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
  • Marquis Collections is not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing return packages.

🚚 Out-of-Area Orders

Orders delivered outside a 30-mile radius of Dallas, Texas

  • Eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • The original receipt or packing slip must be included.

Orders delivered within a 30-mile radius of Dallas, Texas

  • Eligible for an exchange or store credit only.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • The original receipt or packing slip must be included.

🏬 In-Person Purchases

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • The original receipt is required.
  • Eligible for an exchange or store credit only.

👗 Return Conditions

To be accepted, all returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition
  • Free of smoke, deodorant, makeup, perfume, pet hair, and other odors
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip

Shoes must be unworn and returned in their original, undamaged shoe box. Please do not use the shoe box as the shipping container.

Marquis Collections reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

🚫 Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit:

  • Sale or discounted merchandise
  • Items purchased during flash sales or promotional events
  • Seasonal and holiday merchandise
  • Pajamas and sleepwear
  • Jewelry
  • Accessories
  • Eyewear
  • Hair accessories
  • Gift items
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Final sale items returned to Marquis Collections will not be accepted or credited.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
